Mereka adalah golongan yg kurang upaya, jadi layanlah mereka dengan layanan yg lebih daripada orang yg berupaya. Tindakan pihak MPS menyita kenderaan beroda tiga milik seorang peniaga yg OKU berbangsa india adalah suatu tindakan yg paling menonjol menunjukan bahawa masyarakat dan pihak PBT tidak peka terhadap golongan kurang upaya itu. Mereka sepatutnya memberi ruang dan peluang yg mudah kepada mereka dan bukanya menindas mereka.
Kejadian yg mengaibkan berlaku kepada Murugan tidak mendapat kesahihan yg sah, tetapi jika benar ia berlaku pihak MPS perlu melakukan sesuatu bagi mengelakan tafsiran negatif pihak tertentu.
In my point of view, i've been a lot of experience by visiting this PBT services either in Malacca or Johor, the services they gave is not mirror in what they promoting with. The corporate motto, vision and objective are only to cover the upgrading they made. If you had a time, try to visit the customer service counter and give a few misleading question and im very sure that definitely you will become uncomfortable with the answers. That's the low standard to show of their corporate attitude.
